Policies + Shipping

All transactions are processed via Stripe. Stripe supports most major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, and Discover, as well as Apple Pay and Android Pay.

Did someone say “Free Shipping”? Thats right! I’m happy to now offer FREE SHIPPING for everyone, on everything! (Excludes international.) Smaller, less fragile packages are shipped USPS Priority. Larger, more fragile package are shipped UPS Ground. While I want you to receive your package as quickly as possible, I’ve had too many instances in the past where USPS has handled my sent packages incredibly poorly which has resulted in broken product. For this reason I may choose to send your package via UPS to ensure that it arrives in the same condition it was sent.  I do my best to ship ready items on the next business day after orders are placed but this can sometimes take up to 3 business days.  Custom orders and made to order items will require additional processing times.  You will receive an email confirmation including a tracking number once your order has shipped.

INTERNATIONAL PURCHASERS:  If you are interested in including my art in your home, please send me an email! You will not be able to complete the checkout process here in the shop until I have created a personalized listing for you. International shipping costs vary greatly and may require additional customs fees and duty taxes to be paid on your behalf.  PWF will not be responsible for these additional fees and taxes.  After I have calculated the cost of shipping to your location, you will be able to complete your purchase via the personalized listing I have created for you.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  Refunds, replacements, or exchanges may be given on a case by case basis, at my own discretion. If your order arrives damaged or not as expected, please email me as soon as possible. Refunds will only be given for items damaged upon arrival. All resolutions must be made WITHIN 3 DAYS of delivery.
